Sharing the kindness of Jesus with children in poverty around the world.
Jesus is our Heartbeat
Kindness International centers our mission, service, and leadership around Jesus. He is our source for our work, He is the power behind our work, and He is the purpose for our work: “For from Him and through Him and for Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever!” (Romans 8:37).
Honesty is our Explanation
Kindness International holds leaders and staff to intransigent expectations of integrity and truthfulness. God calls us “not to love with words or speech but with actions and in truth” (John 3:18). Loving includes walking in truth through both words and actions. Not only do we provide written communication and assurance of financial integrity, but we live this out when we handle finances here at Kindness International.
Humble Service is our Approach
Our desire is to strive to imitate Jesus in all we do – through our work, our interactions, and our mission. Just as “the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve” (Matthew 20:28), we strive to walk in His likeness, humble ourselves, and serve those in need.
Hope is our Encouragement
Our hope is placed in Christ alone, that through his suffering, death, and resurrection, we may have eternal life. We believe that through the “endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide, we might have hope.” The Scriptures and Jesus are our source of hope and encouragement, and we hope to offer the same for the children living in poverty that we serve. We desire to share the hope of the Gospel with them and the encouragement that they can overcome the hardships of poverty.
Following God’s call of helping those in need and sharing the kindness of Jesus to nations
Here at Kindness International, we serve children and families around the world to fulfill the Lord’s commands of helping those in need and sharing the kindness of Jesus with all the nations. The Bible brings special attention to those in need as well as our responsibilities appropriated by God. Deuteronomy 15:11 calls us to “open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land.” We work as the hands and feet of Jesus to not only humble ourselves and serve those in need, but to follow God’s commission to “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). Your sponsorship helps fulfill both of these God-given commands by bringing education, medical services, nutrition, life-skills, as well as the kindness of Jesus to children in 25 countries around the world with the hopes of ending global poverty. With just $35 a month, you can change a child’s life.
